As a leadership team, we are committed to servant leadership
Our attitude should be the same as that of Christ Jesus:
Who, being in very nature God,
did not consider equality with God something to be grasped,
but made himself nothing,
taking the very nature of a servant,
being made in human likeness.
And being found in appearance as a man,
he humbled himself
and became obedient to death—
even death on a cross!
Dyfrig Hughes has pastoral responsibility for the church. As well as leading the church, he works in the NHS.
His work for the church incudes preaching regularly, being an elder, and leading worship.
He is supported by two elders, who with him share responsibility for the life of the church. In addition, there is a leadership team which provides support in all practical matters.
We are entering a new season in the life of the church, and the Leadership Team want to hear from you about your hopes and worries about what lies ahead.
